Difficult Soil Conditions

Bosal International, a major automotive supplier, contracted with E. T. MacKenzie to construct their new North American headquarters in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 2007.

The new facility was located on a site with poor soil conditions which required extensive dewatering for utility installation and soil stabilization for building and pavement construction. Even with the extreme site challenges, E. T. MacKenzie completed the project ahead of schedule.
